Creative Design with Precise Attention to Detail
Connect Resource Managers and Planners Inc. was selected to work with Belmont on this transformation project. The design of Belmont’s new 5,000 square foot office space required Connect to work closely with the Belmont team to make sure the look and feel was reflective of the firm and its founding partners.
The space posed unique architectural challenges such as non-standard office construction, building code issues, closed-in stairs and poor acoustical privacy.
Connect’s challenge was to find creative solutions that balanced design and aesthetics with building code requirements and compliance with barrier-free accessibility standards.
Unique Furniture Solutions
Connect was also able to provide custom furniture finishes to match the wood detailing in the office.
A Collaborative Effort
Connect also coordinated and liaised with other design professionals and consultants on the project, including electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering firms.
Effective communication and collaboration between the teams was critical to the project’s success.
